What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Any size order will have a flat-rate shipping cost from $3 per order to any New Zealand location via NZ Post. Courier rates are available for faster delivery
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We charge your credit card via PayPal who will debit either Mastercard or Visa credit cards.
For drop in buyers we accept cash.
How long will delivery take?
Depending on where you are in NZ timing would be between 3 to 6 days using NZ Post standard mail service. If you require a faster delivery we can send via Fastways.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
PayPal is very secure and a guaranteed site and used by millions worldwide.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you have purchased our products a receipt is issued for your transaction and delivery is activated. We will also advise you by email that your order is being sent.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
A digital receipt/invoice is issued to you which will be sent to your email.
